1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AnyVoice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnyVoice website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AnyVoice is an AI voice cloning and text-to-speech platform. It lets you create a custom voice from an audio sample and generate spoken audio from text. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  2. Account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  3. Notification. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

This section is essential. Voice cloning may only be used with proper rights and consent.

  • Your own voice. You may clone your own voice freely.
  • Other people's voices. You may only clone, upload, or generate a voice that belongs to another person if you have that person's explicit, informed, and verifiable consent, or you otherwise hold the legal rights to do so.
  • Confirmation. Before creating a voice, you confirm that you own the rights to the voice sample or have obtained the necessary consent. We may record this confirmation.
  • No public figures without rights. You may not clone the voice of public figures, performers, or any third party for impersonation, endorsement, or commercial use without authorization.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all rights and consents required for any voice you use with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent that generated audio is real or authorized.
  • Create fraudulent, deceptive, or "deepfake" content intended to mislead.
  • Clone or use a voice without the required rights or consent.
  • Harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person.
  • Generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence.
  • Spread misinformation, manipulate elections, or interfere with legal processes.
  • Bypass usage limits, security features, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and may be reported to authorities.

6. Your Content and Generated Audio

  • Your inputs. You retain ownership of the audio samples and text you provide ("Inputs").
  • Your outputs. Subject to these Terms and your plan, you own the audio you generate ("Outputs") and may use it for personal and commercial purposes permitted by your plan.
  • License to operate. You grant AnyVoice a limited license to process your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide and improve the Service to you. We do not use your voice samples to build voices for other users.
  • Watermarking. Generated audio may include an inaudible watermark to support traceability and responsible use. You agree not to remove or tamper with it.

7. Credits, Plans, and Payments

  • Credits. Generation is billed in credits, where 1 character of text equals 1 credit. Voice creation does not consume credits but is limited by your plan.
  • Free credits. New accounts may receive complimentary credits. Complimentary credits have no cash value and may expire.
  • Plans and renewals. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with notice.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The AnyVoice name, logo, website, and software are owned by AnyVoice and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our brand or technology except to use the Service as intended.

9. Reporting Misuse and Takedowns

If you believe a voice or generated audio infringes your rights, your likeness, or your consent, contact us at support@anyvoice.io. We will review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to others, the Service, or us. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated audio will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyVoice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of the Service by you or third parties, including unauthorized voice cloning.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AnyVoice harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms — including any claim that you lacked the rights or consent to clone a voice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
