Welcome to AnyVoice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AnyVoice website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). AnyVoice is an AI voice cloning and text-to-speech platform. It lets you create a custom voice from an audio sample and generate spoken audio from text. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you believe a voice or generated audio infringes your rights, your likeness, or your consent, contact us at support@anyvoice.io. We will review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to others, the Service, or us. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated audio will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyVoice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of the Service by you or third parties, including unauthorized voice cloning.
You agree to indemnify and hold AnyVoice harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms — including any claim that you lacked the rights or consent to clone a voice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
