1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AnyVoice ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our AI voice cloning and text-to-speech service (the "Service"). We take your privacy — and especially your voice data — seriously.

2. Information We Collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and login credentials.
Voice samples. The audio recordings you upload or record to create a voice. See Section 4.
Generated audio. The speech you produce with the Service, along with the text you provide.
Usage information. How you interact with the Service, such as features used and generation history.
Device information. Basic technical data such as device type, browser, and approximate region, used to operate and secure the Service.
Payment information. When you purchase a plan, billing details are collected and processed by a secure payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Cookies. Small files that keep you signed in and help us understand and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide the Service — create voices and generate audio at your request.
Manage your account, credits, and subscriptions.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
Communicate with you about your account and important updates.
Improve and develop the Service.

4. Your Voice Data

Your voice is sensitive personal information, and we treat it accordingly.

Purpose. Voice samples and generated audio are used only to provide the Service to you — to build your voices and produce the audio you request.
No shared training. We do not use your voice samples to create voices for other users, and we do not sell your voice data.
Storage. Voice samples and generated audio are stored securely with encryption in transit and access controls.
Consent. By uploading a voice sample, you confirm you have the rights or consent required to use that voice (see our Terms of Service).
Deletion. You can delete your voices and generated audio at any time from your account. When you delete a voice or close your account, we remove the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the Service, with providers bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

Payment processing — to handle subscriptions and payments securely.
Cloud hosting and storage — to run the Service and store your data.
Email and communications — to send account and transactional messages.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or AnyVoice.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your voices, generated audio, or account at any time. We retain limited records only where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Request a copy of your data (portability).
Withdraw consent at any time.
